This website is operated by Japan Anime Vintage. By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products
All products are vintage or pre-owned items unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each item. Minor wear consistent with age is expected and will be noted in product descriptions.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled, you will be fully refunded.

5. Payment
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Shop Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order.

6. Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays. Please note that during peak seasons, handling times may be extended.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unused, unworn items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.

8. Intellectual Property
The original content on this site, including product photography and written descriptions, is the property of Japan Anime Vintage and may not be reproduced without permission. All anime characters, logos, and related intellectual property featured in our products remain the property of their respective copyright holders.
