Q1: How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. All orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx. Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

  • Asia, Oceania: 3–5 business days
  • Americas, Europe: 5–8 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays.

Q2: When will I receive my tracking number?

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays.

Q3: Can multiple items be shipped together?

Yes! Items purchased in the same order will be shipped together. To combine items in one shipment, please add all items to the same cart and place one order. Note that separate orders cannot be combined after checkout.

Q4: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

Q5: Do you offer installment payments?

Q6: How do I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging. Please email us at japananimevintage@gmail.com to start a return. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Please note that original shipping fees, import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees are non-refundable.

Q7: What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us at japananimevintage@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Q8: What condition are the items in?

All items are vintage or pre-owned and may show minor signs of age and wear. The condition of each item is described in the product listing. Please review the photos and description carefully before purchasing.

Q9: Are the photos of the actual item I will receive?

For vintage and pre-owned camera items, all photos are of the exact item you will receive. For new or new other condition anime collectibles, photos are representative of the item and the actual product may vary slightly.

Q10: Will out-of-stock items be restocked?

For vintage camera items and rare anime collectibles, restocking the same item is generally not possible as they are one-of-a-kind. However, we regularly add new items, so please check back often!

Q11: Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer a formal gift wrapping service, but we are happy to make simple accommodations upon request. Please contact us at japananimevintage@gmail.com before placing your order, and we will do our best within our limitations.

Q12: Is it safe to purchase from your store?

Absolutely! Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Your personal information is fully protected.

Q13: Can I get an invoice?

An order confirmation email with your purchase details is automatically sent to your email after checkout. This can be used as your invoice. If you require a formal invoice for business purposes, please contact us at japananimevintage@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Q14: Are customs duties and taxes included in the shipping fee?

Yes. All import duties and taxes are included in the shipping fee (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP). You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery, regardless of your destination country.
