Shipping Policy – Japan Anime Vintage

1. Countries / Regions We Ship To

Asia: Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan
Americas: United States, Canada
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Vatican City, Bulgaria, Malta, Luxembourg, Romania

Note: We do not ship to Japan.

2. Handling Time

2–3 business days

  • Handling times may be extended during holiday periods.

3. Shipping Method

DHL / FedEx / Japan Post

  • We use DHL, FedEx, or Japan Post depending on destination and package size.
  • Actual delivery times may vary due to destination customs or local conditions.
  • One tracking number is issued per order.
  • Orders with separate tracking numbers are shipped individually, each incurring its own shipping fee.
  • To combine items in one shipment, please place them in the same shopping cart at checkout.

4. Shipping Fees (Weight-Based)

Asia (MY, SG, KR, TW):

  • 0–200g: $19.00
  • 201–500g: $25.00
  • 600–1500g: $29.00
  • 1501–3600g: $39.00
  • 3601–5000g: $49.00

Americas (US, CA), Oceania (AU, NZ), Europe:

  • 0–200g: $25.00
  • 201–600g: $29.00
  • 601–1500g: $39.00
  • 1501–2600g: $49.00
  • 2601–3600g: $59.00
  • 3601–5000g: $69.00

5. Additional Charges (Customs, Taxes)

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied by the destination country at the time of clearance. All such charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid according to local regulations.

6. Returned Shipments

Shipments may be returned due to customs issues, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address. In such cases:

  1. We will notify you that the package has been returned.
  2. Reshipment: Original shipping plus reshipping fees are payable by the customer.
  3. Refund: If you opt for a refund, original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the amount reimbursed.
  4. Any carrier fees incurred during the return process are the customer's responsibility.
